Due to the limited nature of our releases and production-based order system, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Fulfillment

When you purchase shipping at checkout, you are paying for the shipping transit time only — meaning the number of days it takes for your order to arrive after the item has shipped.

Shipping speed does NOT mean your order will ship immediately.

All orders require processing and, in some cases, production time before they are shipped.

 

Pre-Order Items

If your order contains pre-order items, shipping will not take place until the production timeline stated in the product description.

• Shipping timelines begin after the product is ready to ship
• Estimated ship dates will always be clearly stated in the product listing
• Purchasing a pre-order means you acknowledge and accept the stated production and shipping timeline

 

In-Stock Items

For in-stock items, orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note: During high-volume releases, pop-ups, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

 

Shipping Time vs. Delivery Time

Shipping options selected at checkout (e.g. 2-Day, Priority, Standard) reflect transit time only, not order processing or production time.

Delivery time = Processing / Production Time + Shipping Transit Time
